Hello all,
I’m sharing the Distributed Communal Autonomy Framework (DCAF), a toolbox and operational framework designed to turn wellbeing objectives into forkable (freely remixable), and modular practical systems. It emphasizes material autonomy, consent-driven loops, and transparency by default, so you can pick and adapt the pieces that make sense for your context.
It’s fully forkable: if you think it’s worth adapting or building on, feel free to do so. If not, I’d really appreciate hearing why, so it can be improved. Feedback on clarity, feasibility, and potential blind spots is especially welcome.
The DCAF is experimental and intended as a practical, non-prescriptive tool. Any input is greatly appreciated!
