I am proposing a pledge/oath to be taken annually. The date is to be determined. The public pledge should be made in front of others and you can ask your representatives to make publicly. I have also included an oath version. Oath vs Pledge: An oath is a formal, binding legal or religious declaration that often invokes a higher power or authority as a witness, whereas a pledge is a solemn public promise or commitment to a cause, action, or donation, usually without the strict legal or spiritual penalties of a broken oath. **Universal Lifespan Care Pledge** I pledge to uphold the values of Lifespan Care in my entire decision making. I will prioritize a sustainable environment, economic stability and cultural preservation for descendants. I will look past my immediate, individual desires and prioritize the long-term well-being of all of us. **Universal Lifespan Care Oath** I swear to uphold the values of Lifespan Care in my entire decision making. I will prioritize a sustainable environment, economic stability and cultural preservation for descendants. I will look past my immediate, individual desires and prioritize the long-term well-being of all of us.— Perhaps an annual date can be chosen as a day for a world-wide group public pledge/oath.
