Anyone else run into trouble setting up 2FA?

My setup:

  • iPhone X running 16.5.1 (c)
  • Twilio Authy as 2FA app
  • Scanned QR code, which loaded the site domain and email correctly

The tagging feature is a little broken on mobile. You can edit tags associated with a post, but on iOS I wasn’t able to open a keyboard. I could only pick from the suggested tags.

Heya -

After a few days of engaging i was invited to start a Topic. I have a lovely idea for a new topic that i would like to discuss with the community. However when posting i’m getting an error message. “An error occurred: You are not permitted to view the requested resource.”

please help.

Hey @fftcs you have been promoted in trust level so should be able to post- can you try again or try from your phone- let me know how this goes!

Hi @AamirahWEAll2 , do I remember correctly from the launch meeting that we can have video calls from within this platform?

Hi @OllieB we cannot through the platform, though there is an integration for 1 to 1 calls that has been created, if there is demand for it! I am planning to post community calls once every two months so people can share questions/and for live discussion!

I have a couple of questions, Is it possible for us to make new tags for our topics? I would like to make it more easily searchable with specific tags.

I would like to post a topic with the Discussion Category but it doens’t appear in the drop down for me.

Hi @AamirahWEAll2 I was wondering whether there is a quick way to reset all topics from “watching” to “normal”.

For some reason the system seems to have set my setting for a lot of the topics to “watching”, even for some I have never looked at. This means I am getting a lot of unwanted notifications.

I can change it by clicking on every single topic/thread, scrolling to the bottom and switching the relevant button. But that is a lot of work to go through all topics. Is there an easy way to see a list of which topics are set to “watching” and change them back to “normal”? Thanks!

Hi @AamirahWEAll2, hope all’s well! Is there a basic tutorial somewhere here? I can’t find it. Trying to figure out basic rules for (e.g.) creating a new post (rather than just ‘replying’ in an existing thread) and attaching photos to posts. Thank you for this channel - I am sure it’ll be a good mechanism!
