How we get an world economy withoudtthe pressure to grow

Wouldn’t it be nice if the global economy worked in a way that society is doing well and doesn’t keep getting poorer even when it isn’t growing?

On the one hand, we have the problem that the rich keep getting richer through interest and stocks, and so more and more money moves from the middle class to the super-rich or something, and that when the economy shrinks, less and less gets invested and it keeps shrinking more or something. Maybe I haven’t understood all of that correctly.

What other reasons are there, and couldn’t you just split up companies, for example, instead of living off interest loans and shareholders, so that the money stays in the middle class, and would that ensure the necessary investment even if we shrink a little sometimes?

I’m looking with you for a way that we can pass on, for example to politicians — write down your ideas.

You can see that when the economy doesn’t grow we get poorer, everything gets expensive. Does it have to be that way?
