Dear all,
I am an experienced freelance health scientist focussing on systematic reviewer and well-versed in editorial issues/documentation and am looking for opportunities and projects I could get involved with in the general area of planetary health and working towards a good life for all on this planet.
I have worked on evidence summaries and systematic literature reviews in the area of medicine and public health for many years. In recent years I have become more and more passionate about planetary health – and about the outer, inner and systemic transformation required to move towards wellbeing for people and planet. In this context, I have participated in research projects on climate change and health – but I have also done some training in permaculture and as an Earth Charter ambassador and I am now editing the magazine of the German branch of the Earth Charter movement. The question of how our economy can be geared more towards wellbeing has got me involved with working on health topics for the German branch of the Economy for the Common Good. With respect to “inner change”, I am very interested in ecological spirituality and have been active in related activities in my local church and in a more scientific context, trying to bridge planetary health with spiritual aspects and real-world visions for transformation and a better world.
Currently I am looking for ways of expanding my freelance work in areas that can really make a positive difference for people and planet. And with my background in health and expertise in science and evidence reviews and various forms of documentation and writing – combined with my broader interests and expertise in systemic change and inner development – I think I could make a real contribution to work that is relevant to the Wellbeing Economy Alliance.
I would be grateful to hear about any opportunities and contacts in this respect – now or coming up in future. I could of course also provide a longer CV to anyone interested.
I look forward to hearing from any of you!
With best wishes,
Christine Clar
