WEALL Talks 2026

Hi everyone :globe_showing_europe_africa:

If you weren’t able to join us for last week’s WEAll Talk, we wanted to share the recording with you: The Cost of Oil: Who Pays, Who Profits? with Kumi Naidoo

It was a powerful and timely conversation connecting fossil fuels, conflict, and inequality… and what this moment is asking of us.

Feel free to watch when you can, and we’d love to hear what resonated for you. You’re also welcome to continue the conversation here in the thread.

Hello everyone,

June marks the close of our Beyond GDP theme quarter, and what a quarter it has been.

An extraordinary wave of work has arrived this season to give the world direction and vision. The movement has seen:

Together, these show that just wellbeing economies are not a pipe dream. They are indeed possible!

But a report is a beginning, not an end. Now comes our part: the work of localising, contextualising, and applying these visions in our own communities and organisations.

Ricardo Fuentes, who coordinated the secretariat behind the UN High-Level Expert Group report, joins WEAll to explore what the report gets right, where the gaps are, and what it opens up for civil society.

This conversation won’t just be a technical one about metrics. We would love to have a discussion about what comes next and the role you and civil society can play in turning these recommendations into reality.

Date: Tuesday, 30th June
Time: 3.00 pm UTC (Universal Time)
Where:Zoom Webinar- register here and add to your calendar
Please note: Translation to Spanish will be available to support wider participation.

The conversation will be hosted by @simon , WEAll’s Movements and Advocacy Lead.
