Hello everyone,
My name is Cristiano Pereira Neto, an educator and community leader from Brazil, with over 40 years of experience in human development, leadership formation, and community-based initiatives.
Over the years, my work has been focused on a central question:
How can we form people who are capable of sustaining healthy, resilient communities over time?
I am currently in the process of expanding this work to Portugal through the creation of:
Instituto Promessa Global Portugal (IPG)
– an association focused on human formation, community resilience, and lifelong learning.
What I am building
Alongside the institute, I am developing a pilot initiative called:
HFRCI – Human Formation & Resilient Communities Initiative
This project aims to:

Strengthen personal identity and emotional resilience

Rebuild relational capacity within communities

Foster local environments of continuous human formation

Develop small-scale, community-based “Living Labs”
Why I am here
I joined this network because I see a strong alignment between this work and the principles of a Wellbeing Economy:
